PRODUCT BOUNDARIES

Privacy for the Emoji Translator Preview

Read the privacy boundary for the Emoji Translator preview, including message input, third-party processing, logging, cookies, retention, and the limits of this pre-launch notice.

Scope and preview status

This is a product-facing preview notice, not a completed production privacy policy. The site has not yet published its final operating entity, production provider configuration, analytics configuration, or public privacy request route. Those facts must be disclosed before a public launch.

The preview does not ask users to create an account, submit a profile, or send a contact form. It is not a promise about future features or future processing that has not been configured.

Translator message text

The product requirement is that text entered into the Translator is not stored as a user message history, inserted into editorial pages, or placed in a public cache. The product also should not log the original input or the complete generated result in application analytics or error logs.

If a future production Translator sends text to an external AI provider to generate a response, that provider and the applicable handling terms must be named in the production notice before the feature is offered publicly. Do not enter sensitive, confidential, or identifying information into a preview tool.

Technical logs, analytics, and cookies

This preview does not claim a final analytics, advertising, or cookie configuration. Delivery infrastructure can process technical request data needed to serve a page, such as network and browser information, under its own operating controls. The production notice must name any enabled analytics or advertising service and describe its relevant storage and retention behavior.

The product is not designed to use Translator message text as an analytics event. Any future product measurement should use content-free events, such as whether a translation completed, rather than recording the text or full result.

Retention and privacy requests

Because this preview does not offer accounts, contact submissions, or saved message history, it does not offer a user dashboard for retrieving or deleting such records. A production release must publish the actual retention periods, request process, operating entity, and rights information that apply to its configured services.

No email address or response-time promise is listed here because the preview is not yet accepting privacy requests through a public channel.

Changes to this notice

This notice will need review before public launch and whenever the enabled infrastructure or processing changes. The review date is displayed so readers can distinguish this preview boundary from a later production notice.
